The verdict:
5 straight wins, consecutive clean sheets and a derby victory. Ewell enjoyed a satisfying Saturday afternoon whilst results elsewhere consequently improved the feeling in the camp. They were by no means at their fluid best on the day, yet they came up trumps when it mattered once again, with their class shining through eventually as the game wore on. Ewell will hope to carry on their rich vein of form into next week, as an interesting County Cup tie awaits.
