The verdict:
A battling performance from Ewell ensured that they claimed the points after a difficult afternoon’s work against a physical Crescent Rovers outfit. The home side certainly possessed an advantage in terms of height, although Ewell fought admirably for the first and second ball throughout in order to nullify this threat. All in all, an excellent win and another clean sheet ensure that their promotion push remains on track.
